The salary range estimated for this position is $48,705- $68,437.
Actual compensation will be confirmed in writing at the time of offer.

We are seeking an individual to perform program administrative support for Unity Lab Services.
Specific activities relative to the job function could include contract renewal quotation, extended warranty processing, and booking of customer purchase orders.
Excellent communication, problem-solving and attention to detail required.
A day in the Life:
Prepare and send Contract Renewal quotations to the Contract Sales team in alignment with departmental Service Level Agreements (SLA).
Collaborate with Contract Sales to revise quotations as needed to match customer needs.
Accept customer purchase orders, review for compliance with company policy and process according to departmental work instructions.
Timely processing of Point-of-Sale Extended Warranty contracts.
Investigation and resolution of inquiries related to Extended Warranty.
Interface and support additional divisional partners including Accounts Receivable, Customer Support and Field Service Engineers to ensure internal and external customer needs are met.
Ability to identify specific problems, determine desired result, and the necessary tasks needed to solve the problems.
Responsible for managing program changes within Computer Maintenance Management System (CMMS) including Asset Lifecycle Management and Add, Change and Delete Forms.
Responsible for processing changes resulting from Service Requests (SR) submitted by the Program Manager and site teams.
Responsible for processing changes from the Vendor Admin and Invoicing team surrounding new contracts and changes to contracts.
Represent the company in a positive, professional manner in all dealings with Thermo Fisher Scientific employees, customers, and representatives.
Assures the highest level of customer satisfaction with Thermo Fisher Scientific products and services.
Independently make decisions and use available resources to meet customer requirements.
Participate in projects and complete other duties as assigned.
Keys to Success:
Education:
Must possess a High School Diploma/GED Associates/Bachelors preferred
Experience:
Utilization of Good Documentation Practices in all record keeping.

years of working in relevant systems such as CMMS or SAP.
Ability to execute deliverables in a timely manner.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
Demonstrated verbal, written and presentation skills.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
