00 per hour depending on experience Essential Job Duties:
Answering incoming calls and making outbound calls Day to day scheduling of residential installation jobs Contacting customers regarding scheduling and any changes Creating of department job files Purchase orders Scheduling inspections Filing manufacturer warranties registration, extended warranties, rebates, and promotions Answering the phone Excellent customer service Detailed data entry Qualifications/ Skills:
High school Diploma or equivalent Pass background and drug screen 2
years relevant work experience in scheduling, customer service, schedule coordinating, or equivalent combination of education and experience Stellar customer service skill Scheduling experience Type 40
WPM with accuracy MS Outlook, MS Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel, and Adobe Data entry, filing, and other general office duties Excellent and interpersonal communication skills Able to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Able to cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients and technicians A clear and professional speaking voice as phones are a huge part of the position Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail Previous experience in HVAC / Plumbing / Electrical or similar industry desired Check us out online:
