What you'll do:
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.
Prepare and maintain various documents, reports, and spreadsheets using Microsoft Office applications.
Assist with data entry, record-keeping, and file management.
Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodations, and other logistics as needed.
Conduct research, gather information, and prepare presentations or reports as requested.
Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, answering phone calls and responding to inquiries.
Support the team with general office duties, such as ordering supplies and maintaining office cleanliness.
Assist in organizing and coordinating events, meetings, and conferences.
What you'll bring:
High School Diploma or equivalent; additional certification or training in office administration is a plus.
