Essential duties and responsibilities may include the following.
Other duties may be assigned.
- Perform x-rays - File and maintain x-ray films - Perform MRI's for patients - Schedule MRI appointments - Print reports and montage films for physicians - Order MRI supplies - Order, dispense and maintain inventory of medications for office - Order and maintain inventory of general medical supplies - Ability to apply and remove casts as needed - Ability to perform CMA duties when not busy in x-ray or in casting Skills and attributes Good communication skills Sensitivity to patient needs Strong sense of customer/patient service Education and/or Experience High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and twelve to eighteen months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience Certificates, Licenses, Registrations Must have an active State of California Radiology License to perform x-rays.
