Job Description:
Focil Construction is seeking a full-time Kitchen Showroom Receptionist to join our team.
This position is responsible for greeting clients, visitors and creating a positive first impression of the company.
Receptionist would be in charge of Gathering new client information during the initial phone call / meeting and maintain confidentiality.
Needs to have excellent customer service, verbal and written communicationskills.
Answering phones, scheduling meetings, follow up with leads, processing incoming and outgoing mail, maintaining records, and performing general clerical duties.
The ideal candidate will have a friendly personality and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer use.
Ability to work with minimal supervision.
Must be able to pass a drug test and criminal background check Employment subject to signing a non disclosure agreement
