Our company is looking for an Assistant Bookkeeper to provide administrative support for our staff.
The ideal candidate for this position has good organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills, and will be a strong collaborator and team player.
The Assistant Bookkeeper will assist in ensuring that financial reports are generated on a regular basis and that all invoices are paid in a timely manner.
This position requires attentive detail-oriented work as well as the ability to maintain confidentiality.
Responsibilities:
Assist the CPA in balancing financial documents.
Review day to day financial transactions on a weekly or as needed basis Verify that transactions are correctly recorded in agency management system Maintain records and financial statements Process accounts receivable/payable Collections Process payroll Proven bookkeeping experience Strong organizational skills Data entry skills Familiar with Premium Finance Contracts High degree of accuracy and attention to detail Job Types:
