We are looking for an Office Manager to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have experience managing a team and providing administrative support to the CEO.
The Office Manager will work closely with the CEO to provide administrative support and administrative tasks.
This position is a key member of the team and will be responsible for a wide range of duties, including but not limited to:
Managing the company calendar and scheduling meetings Managing travel arrangements for the CEO Managing office supplies and ordering Managing office maintenance and general cleanliness Managing customer service issues and complaints Maintaining customer records, including invoices, credit card statements, and customer service calls Providing general administrative support to the CEO Creating new customer accounts and assisting with sales calls Scheduling meetings, conferences, and events Working closely with the CEO on new product development and marketing initiatives Other duties as assigned by the CEO or management team The ideal candidate has a minimum of 2 years of experience in an office environment such as a medical practice or school.
They should be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude towards customers, co-workers, and management.
This position requires someone who can manage their time effectively with little supervision.
The ideal candidate will have experience managing a team of employees.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
