We are currently seeking Mental Health Direct Care Support staff for our 6 bed Residential LBGTQIA
inclusive Mental Health facility for all shifts Weekdays and Weekends.
(1) Day Shift:
8:
00 am to 4:
30 pm (2) Swing Shift:
4:
00 pm to 12:
30 am (3) NOC Shift:
12:
00 AM (midnight) to 8:
30 am.
This is a 6 bed Residential Facility treating the 2S/LGBTQIA
Community suffering from mental illness such as depression, anxiety, trauma, bi polar and other mental health emotional issues.
Applicant will have direct care duties with the patients from daily living observation to assisting with breakfast.
auditing charts, driving patients to outings, welcoming patients to the facility, provide an orientation of the facility to new patients, charting on patient's behavior daily and other interaction duties with patients.
Live Scan Fingerprint background check is also performed on all employees working at the Residential Facilities and applicants must pass the background check to work at the facility.
Applicants will be trained by La Ventana staff to assist them in understanding how to interact with patients and provide a safe environment for both patients and employees.
