Position Overview We are seeking a passionate and creative Social Media Coordinator to join our marketing team.
This job offers the opportunity to work closely with our branding and content creation team, focusing on engaging our audience through various social media channels.
If you have a love for craft beer and food, a flair for creative content, and a keen interest in social media marketing, we'd love to hear from you! Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.
Other duties may be assigned Content Management:
Schedule and post regular updates, ensuring consistency in tone and brand voice.
Collaborate with Marketing Team and Department Leads:
Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and promotions.
Collaborate cross departmentally on creative projects Event Promotion and Support:
Promote upcoming brewery events, releases, and collaborations through social media.
Assist with onsite social media coverage during brewery events, as needed.
Adherence to Industry Compliance:
Ensure all social media content aligns with alcohol advertising regulations and brewery guidelines.
Community Engagement:
Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions on social media platforms.
Engage with our online community by sharing user-generated content, acknowledging feedback, and building relationships with followers.
Requirements:
-Must be able to lift 30 pounds -Must be an effective communicator, both with guests and other employees -Can work at least 3 days a week -Must be able to multitask, and monitor supplies used for service -Must have the ability to learn and apply new knowledge or skills for your work.

At least one year social media coordinating experience Experience with a social media content organization tool (Planoly) Knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, Tik Tok, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc) and experience growing an online presence and trends.
Ability to work both independently and cross departmentally.
Strong writing and communication skills.
Passion for craft beer and the brewing industry.
Basic photography and video editing skills is a plus.
Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of a Marketing, Communications, or related field is a plus.
