The Stand is a fast-casual dining restaurant with 20 locations across Orange County, Los Angeles, Santa Clara, and Houston Texas.
As we continue to grow and open multiple locations, we are looking for highly skilled and motivated leaders to join our team.
Assistant Manager
Responsibilities:
Lead by example with a high sense of urgency Ensure a clean and organized restaurant by supporting respective team members and their duties Ability to multi-task while having a good time Foster a friendly family environment Be a team player and show efficient communication skills Oversee multiple kitchen stations, including salads, fry, grill, and expo Handle daily paperwork (we care more about actual restaurant operations) Must be 21 years of age or older
Essential Functions:
Exemplify our mission and culture Prepare food items as needed in a sanitary and timely manner Follow recipes and presentation specifications Operate standard FOH and BOH equipment safely and efficiently Clean and maintain stations by practicing good safety and sanitation procedures Assistant Manager

Participation in The Stand tip pool, with average tips of approximately $3 - $4 per hour Opportunities for career advancement as we love to promote from within Working Conditions:
Frequent walking and standing for long periods of time Ability to reach hands and arms in any direction and kneel and stoop repeatedly Repetitive bending, twisting, squatting, and reaching Repetitive use of hands, including single grasping, fine manipulation, pushing, and pulling Occasionally access high storage shelving with the use of a step ladder Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
Exposure to FDA-approved cleaning chemicals Exposure to varying temperatures, including steam, high kitchen temperatures, humidity, freezers, refrigerators, indoor air conditioning, and outdoor/patio conditions Schedule:
Full-time Five days a week, including weekends and holidays, approximately 40-45 hours per week Location:
