Plays an integral role in interfacing with caregiver staff in ensuring the proper caregiver and client match.
Maintains a positive demeanor, able to effectively multitask, has the ability to solve problems, make decisions and handle competing priorities with diplomacy.
The ideal candidate has prior experience working in the home care industry or medical office setting.
Good time management skills A MUST Excellent communication skills, both verbal/written required Knowledge of HIPAA and healthcare office regulations Great organization, and planning skills Creative thinking skills required.
Demonstrated ability to handle multiple, detail-orientated tasks simultaneously while maintaining accuracy.
The desired candidate will possess the following:
High school graduate or equivalent with two years of business experience.
Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team, demonstrate sound judgment, and is detail oriented.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Outlook.
Be available as required for rotating basis on-call duty outside of normal office hours.
