General Description:
Analyzes service process and KPIs and provide proposal, planning, scheduling, and coordination
CSD KPI management collaborating with HQ (Daily Communication and weekly video conference with HQ in Korea) - Improves business process
Provides consultation on best practices and turnaround time (TAT) and cost optimized innovation
Co-work with business owners, gathers concept initiatives, technical requirements, and collaboration between departments
Develops documentations, delivers training and monitors changes on developed systems
Necessary Skills / Attributes:
English / Korean Bilingual strongly preferred
BA/BS degree in Business, Statistics, Industrial Engineering
More than 4 years of experience in consumer electronics or service business
Highly skilled in MS Office: Access, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
Experience with SAP (ERP), Analytical solutions (OLAP, data mining, BW), web-based solutions preferred
Excellent analytical skills with problem solving abilities
