eCare Cupid (Cardiology) Applications Manager
Summary:
Reporting directly to the eCare Project Director for Departmental Applications, the Cupid Application Manager manages the day-to-day activities of their assigned functional teams in the implementation of the Cupid application. Direct supervisory responsibility for approximately 11 direct reports with support teams, and additional consultants or other temporary staff as needed.
Principal Duties:
o Works with Epic and other consulting staff to guide the development and execution of project team and application specific work plans at the resource and task level
o Identifies and communicates to the Project Director any issues/problems/delays that may adversely impact the project
o Coordinates with other application and Project integration managers as required to integrate work and system design, build, testing, training, and go-live to ensure activities of one team do not adversely impact activities of another team
o Manages issues identified by the Application Teams escalating non-resolved issues to the Project Director
o Applies knowledge of overall project objectives to application team tasks and deliverables
o Ensures quality of deliverables assigned to the departmental/functional team
o Ensures project team decisions are made in a timely fashion
o Accountable for communication activities within and across teams
o Schedules and chairs weekly team meetings to discuss team and project related activities, issues, changes, and communication
o Updates weekly team status reports for each team under their supervision including progress, critical issues, and planned activities
o Actively supports the PMO with design documentation, build audits, testing plans and scripts, training curriculum and activation plan
o Ensures deliverables are approved by the appropriate Users and are completed in accordance with the plan
o Coordinate interactions and activities of vendors, both on-site and off-site
o Reviews final product for identified functionality and completeness
o Reports completion of work plans for outstanding work, issues, and risks on a weekly basis to the Project Director
Qualifications:
o Bachelor's Degree in Business, Healthcare, or related required; Clinical Degree and/or Masters preferred.
o 8
years related experience, including experience with healthcare clinical systems.
o 3 years of experience managing projects.
o Prior Mgmt. experience and experience developing and integrating business processes.

o Ability to document and communicate the status of progress against plans, taking corrective action as necessaryEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
