This Employee Owner work environment is similar to the work environment of a Credit Union or Bank, without the strict dress code! Life gets busy and people sometimes forget to make their payments. As a Payment Reminder Representative, you will contact Members/Customers on behalf of various Credit Unions/Banks to prevent them from falling further behind in their payments. These courtesy calls are handled in a positive and empathetic manner. This is a very customer service focused and fast paced position. Intermediate to advanced computer skills and the ability to troubleshoot are a must! You will be required to multitask and navigate through several windows quickly; while maintaining a professional and upbeat tone. Our Payment Reminder Representatives are analytical and can demonstrate the ability to work independently or in a team environment. This position is located right here in Elgin, IL!

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
