Requirement Summary Details:? Excellent understanding of SDLC, J2EE patterns, BPM Patterns, ObjectOriented technology? Experience on project planning, technical estimation, work breakdown structure? Solve application problems, and communicate status of commitments.? The individual needs to have good problem solving and soft-skills(inclduing good communication, presentation and interactionstechniques), while interacting with all the stakeholders (includingclient's/end users/project team) during in all SDLC phases.? Experience in leading teamsMandatory / Required Technical Skills set:? 3-4 years BPM development experience required.? Atleast 4 Year working exp on OBPM / ALBPM technology. andexperience in Oracle BPM 11g implementation? Demonstrated ability developing complex applications leveraging EJB,JMS, AJAX and JSP.? Working knowledge of J2EE application servers, XML, web technologiesand associated protocols.
Roles and
Responsibilities:
Core responsibility of an incumbent in Architect role is to design an architecture solution which meets the needs of the customer. At Architect - L1 prime responsibility is to implement architecture or design, implementing reuse / automation strategy and reviewing the design. The incumbment at this level contributes on solution definition, guiding designers, tech leads in the team. Architect is also responsible for interfacing with customer and delivery teams to resolve technical issues in the project(s), account(s).
Skills and Experience Details:
Minimum Experience Required: 8-10 YEARS
Mandatory Skills: Core Java, Oracle BPM Solution Architecture, Branding and Thought Leadership, BPM Architecting
Desirable Skills: Struts, Spring, Hibernate
Eligibilty: EAD GC,GC & US CITIZENS
