DUTIES
Evaluate, install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain mechanical products, equipment, systems and processes using knowledge of proprietary control software including CC100 and CC200, technical injection molding processes and theoretical and practical aspects of hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical and electronic circuitry. Perform mechanical and electrical tests/checks to determine the safety of molding equipment and to ensure compliance with specifications and codes. Troubleshoot electrical circuitry and mechanical equipment failures and make recommendations to clients for repair. Perform tests/inspections on mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical and electronic components using ANSI safety standards and identify the components that need repair or replacement.

REQUIREMENTS
Technical degree. Requires 2 years exp in injection molding industry and understanding of plastics processing. Exp. must include knowledge of pneumatic, hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical/electronic circuitry. Requires ability to read and interpret drawings and complex mechanical and operational specifications. Must have knowledge of operational and control software (CC100 and CC200) and ANSI safety standards.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
