OverviewWe are seeking a highly motivated Contract Recruiter to help manage our rapid growth of our Retail Sales growth in the Southwest.
This position is 100% remote and will cover full life-cycle recruiting for Retail and Field Sales Teams.
Our ideal candidate will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting, and maintaining daily interaction with hiring managers.
You must be highly organized with a great sense of urgency and initiative.
Responsibilities Must be able to understand how to recruit passive candidates, possess the mentality to profile people, gauge chemistry of candidates for fit and understand their motivation.
Partner with hiring teams to build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches with an ability to manage multiple searches at the same time.
Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management; conduct in-depth interviews of potential candidates, demonstrating the ability to anticipate hiring manager preferences through high offer-to-interview ratios.
Recommend ideas and strategies related to recruitment that will contribute to the long-range growth of the company, implementing any new processes and fine tuning standard processes for recruiting that fits within Sunrun's values.
Possess strong ability to screen, interview and prepare a candidate slate within an appropriate and consistent timeline.
Participate in special projects/recruiting initiatives, including assessment of best practices in interviewing techniques, leveraging of internal sources of talent and identification of top performers for senior-level openings.
Qualifications 2
years of previous recruiting and sourcing experience (preferably a mix of agency and in-house) Track record of recruiting for high volume retail and field sales positions.
Experience hiring in a high volume environment 10 -20 hires per month.
Strong communication skills Ability to take initiative and work independently Confident in networking; ability to build relationships with prospective candidates and external organizations Proven ability to successfully prioritize and manage a large and diverse requisition load in a fast-paced, constantly changing work environment Team player who is self-directed and highly motivated with a strong sense of urgency High integrity; high degree of professionalism Strong communication skills BA/BS degree or relevant professional experience.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
